OVICO - Account Deletion Policy

We are committed to providing transparency and control over your data. If you would like to request the deletion of your OVICO account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Email: Send an email to [hello@ovicoapp.com] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. In-App Request: Alternatively, you can delete your account directly in the OVICO app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently erased:

• Personal information, such as your name, email, and profile details.
• Usage data associated with your account.
• Saved preferences and settings within the app.

Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. This data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and will be securely deleted afterward.
